Recently a new document was declassified by the pentagon. It provides a remarkable look at the US military’s plans for a mission called “Information Operations.” The document is titled “Information Operations Roadmap.” The National Security Archive at George Washington University was able to obtain the document using the Freedom of Information Act. It was written by officials at the Pentagon in 2003. Donald Rumsfeld, the Secretary of Defense signed it. The document describes operations that included an astonishing range of military activities. These activities included; public affairs officers briefing journalists, operations troops who were trained to use psychological maneuver to manipulate the enemies’ thoughts and believes, specialist who were trained to in computer network attack to destroy the networks belonging to the enemy. These military psychological operations, referred to as Psyops, are finding their way onto computers and televisions of normal Americans. The news media will play these messages often to a larger audience of the American public. The Department of Defense’s strategy is based on the basis that they will “fight the net.” They consider the Internet as an enemy weapons system. The document declares that the United States should have the ability to take over and “provide maximum control of the entire electromagnetic spectrum.” According to the document, US forces should have the right to “disrupt or destroy the full spectrum of globally emerging communications systems, sensors, and weapon systems that are dependent on the electromagnetic spectrum.” Based on the fact that the “Information Operations Roadmap” is approved by the Secretary of Defense tells us that the Pentagon takes these plans seriously.

Electronic Cigarette
It is a well-known fact that cigarette smoking is highly injurious to health. It is one of the leading causes of diseases and death across the globe. There are men who have a deep desire for quitting but due to high level of addiction, they are unable to do so. To, be true, it nearly impossible to quit smoking because the nicotine present in tobacco plays with brain and achieves a sort of domination over it. In lack of intake, various side effects become visible. In critical situation, the addict looses control over his senses and faces problem in doing daily activities.
The E-cigarettes (Electronic cigarette) is one of the alternate ways to smoke safely. The benefits come in the form of tar free and smoke free inhale. The person receives a mist of nicotine instead of cloudy smoke that gets accumulated in the lungs and cause many health-hazards.
Prefer Electronic cigarette not the smoky ones
It will provide smokers with a similar experience of traditional smoking. Anyhow, this experience will be free from flame, Fire, poisonous CO (carbon monoxide), unpleasant odor and ash. The user gat the freedom to smoke anywhere and everywhere (virtually, I have no idea whether it is legal to smoke an Electronic cigarettes in No-Smoking zone). It might also prove a cost effective approach for smokers.
If you have high level of addiction and failed in quitting cigarettes, then Electronic Cigarette might prove of some help. This way you will be safe from a lot many hazard associated with the traditional way of smoking.
Caution:
Electronic cigarettes are meant for people who cannot control their addiction and in search of a safer way. This is a still a matter o discussion that e-cigarettes are 100% safe or not. If you are a non-smoker then do not consider it as a way to smart smoking. The physiological effects are still same and surely affect your capabilities. So if you have not started it yet no need to start it.
